Marriage is much more than a union between you and your spouse—it is a spiritual discipline designed to help you know God more fully and intimately. Sacred Marriage shifts the focus from simply enriching a relationship to deepening your walk with Christ. Whether delightful or difficult, your marriage can become a doorway to a closer relationship with God. Everything about your marriage—the story you build together, the love you share, the forgiveness you extend and receive—carries the potential to shape you more into Christ’s likeness.

This study is designed for anyone connected to marriage in any way:
  • Those who hope to be married someday
  • Those who are newly married
  • Those in the longer years of marriage
  • Those who have walked through marriage in the past

This updated edition of Sacred Marriage includes brand-new teaching videos from Gary Thomas, refreshed with modern research, biblical principles, and insights from more than twenty years of experience since the book’s original release. The study guide also provides meaningful reflection and discussion questions to spark conversation in your group, with your spouse, or in your own personal time.

Childcare is provided while the adults are in discussion. Then, we'll do a potluck-styled family meal.
